worried about stomach pains

hey im really hoping someone can help and put my mind at ease im about 10-11weeks pregnant thats the midwifes guess anyway as im still waiting for a scar.
Anyway yesterday i was standing and talking to my hubby and all of a sudden i couldnt hear him talk properly and the room started to go dark n i was feeling really hot this lasted for about half an hour an as soon as it wore or i was constantly sick for a few hours, ever since then i had a fuzzy had felt really tired and am getting pains below my bellybutton all across the middle of my stomach and them a get a few stabbing pains every now and again.
Ive had this for 2 days now and its not getting better so i went to the clinic where i was seen by a nurse and she said i had a water infection but didnt seen to know why i had the pains where i did but refused to send me for a scan as they dont like doing them on a weekend and would make me wait until tomorrow.
Im really worried as to what it is and im just wondering if anybody else has had the same or simular thing any comments would be great

I don't really know, I asked mw at my scan why I sometimes get stomach cramps & she thought it was because of a full bladder. Maybe it's to do with your water infection?
