worried so hurt

hi there im 16 weeks and 5 days pregnant and just wondering if this would hurt anything my cat went missing for a day or to then me and my fiance found him dead yesterday and i was so hurt and crying crying he was my baby!!! i am wondering if this will hurt the baby in anyway? and also i had my 16 weeks check up and the doctor said the baby heart beat was 135 bpm is ok to? i felt flutters about a week ago have not felt anything since then this ok?

hunnie so sorry to hear about your cat. Crying wouldnt hurt the baby but as you progress baby wil pick up on your emotions eg; if you get upset so will baby. And that heart rate is perfectly fine.

yes hun i'm sure all is fine babies are very resilient. Of course you'll be upset don't worry tho bubs will be fine and yes 135bpm is fine too. At our last app babys heartbeat was 153. I asked midwife nd she said anywhere between 130-170 is good

im so sorry to hear about your cat i know how you feel its happened to me before with my cat and it is horrible since they are members of your family but you crying and being upset wont hurt the baby at all as long as you let it out and try and relax more when you have stopped being so upset which it feels like you never will just eat well and drink water and get rest and you should be fine
