Hi girls!!
I do not really understand keeping track of my cycle and when I am ovulating, so hopefully someone has an idea what's going on. Me and my hubbo are NTNP right now. My last period was from 08/10 to 08/15. We BD'd on Aug 17, 22, and 25. Today I noticed when I wipe from using the restroom I have clear, stretchy cm with blood streaks. Not actually bleeding. Any ideas what this could be?? I'm nervous...

Ok, June 27th to Aug 10th means you have long cycles... 44 days (first day of your period is CD1 - cycle day 1... doesn't matter how long you bleed for... then you count the days until your next period starts which becomes CD1 again)

That means you are most likely to ovulate on day 30 of your cycle... most women ovulate 14 days before their next period, though this can vary quite a bit.
If your cycles vary in length, then it means you ovulate at different times each cycle.
I tend to get a few drops of red blood a few days before I ovulate (some get spotting while ovulating, some get it after ovulation). The stretchy, slippery CM usually means you are fertile and will ovulate soon (1-5 days).

So right now you are day 23 of your cycle. You may be ovulating by day 28 or may be having a shorter cycle and ovulate sooner.

I think its time to make sure you and OH get busy!!!

If you want to be more precise, you can chart your temperature or use OPKs, though its possibly too late for OPKs this cycle.

If you're interested at all, you can view my charts (click on the purple bar in my signature). Way down at the bottom is a cycle where I didn't ovulate, then you can see a nice clear and clean ovulation in January.. etc etc..
I ovulated different days each time.
And the * symbol in the CM row means spotting, so you can see where I spotted and how many days before ovulation etc.

I didn't have a standard 14 day LP (luteal phase - part of the cycle after ovulation). Mine was 12 days... and I know some girls with 16 day LPs so it varies a lot. It can make it tricky to time sex just right, but if you go every other day during a wide window, you are covered no matter what.
DH and I did not have that kind of stamina so I pinned it down better using OPKs so we knew when we 'had' to and when we could take a night off if we needed it.
