Worried

I've had 4 miscarriages now. Three were chemical and one was a blighted ovum. I'm currently about 7 weeks pregnant now and I'm wondering if those of you that have had a blighted ovum, did you have pregnancy symptoms?? And if so, how strong were they?? My breast are tender, my pants are already getting snug, I have mild morning sickness, I'm moody and emotional, tired and my sides are sore. I had bloodwork done a few weeks ago and my hcg levels looked great but my progesterone dropped to 15. I had spotting and started progesterone supplements. The spotting stopped about a week ago. I also had horrible lower back cramps but those have stopped also. I have a week to wait until my ultrasound so I'm getting a little anxious.

I have mild ms through the day, sometimes backache & sharp pains in abdominal area for a short time. My bbs are big and tender, and also I am very emotional - just about to cry on every occasion. This can be related to my mc I suppose.

I felt like i was due af for a bit then the nausea and sore bbs kicked in.
