I'm new to this so please bare with me, I'm 10 weeks pregnant with my second child I already had 3 u/s because my doctor couldn't find the baby's heartbeat and now I'm getting scared because I'm starting to have these menstrual-like cramps and starting to bleed a little. what should I do?

So sorry you are going through this stress. Not sure if you are in the UK but if you are I would give the early pregnancy unit or nhs direct a call to get some advice.

Hope the bleeding goes away soon x
