If really appreciate if you would look at my chart and tell me:

Is it at all what they call 'triphasic'?

Is it a good sign my temp peaked at 7dpo but not so good that its falling now?

Any comments would be appreciated- im learning

I don't think it is, sorry. Triphasic shifts should be seen after implantation which happens from day 6 onwards and once it rises it should stay risen. But pregnancy can happen without triphasic and triphasic can happen without pregnancy, so don't give up hope yet!
