I'm not worried about her... she's a tough cookie! So I would take her out as usual, but there are other babies at baby group and I'm more worried that she might pass something on.

I'm not even sure it's a cold because she's teething, it could be related to that.

Also, she doesn't have a temperature, sickness, diarrehoa etc - I wouldn't dream of taking her if she did.

I'm desperate to get out, it's going to be a slow week as most of my family are away on holiday and two closest 'baby' friends have just gone back to work

What do you think? Would you be annoyed if a Mum brought a snotty baby to baby group? Thanks :flower:

honestly... I do get annoyed when people take "poorly" babies to baby group. I.ve said something to a lady before where she'd kept her eldest off school cos she had a cold then brought her to baby group. If it just a snooty nose and your pretty sure its not a cold then i'd go but if you think it could be then i don.t think it's fair on others.

People will say i'm wrong but it's not just the lo at play group, it's the mum's that then don.t get any sleep at home from their poorly little ones. Lol

If there are newborns there I would probably give it a miss, but otherwise I'd say go for it. My LO has a constant runny nose (probably from nursery). If I didn't take him out while he had it I'd be indoors all the time.

I'm not sure what it is tbh so I've given baby group a miss just in case. Usually there aren't any newborns there, but last week a lady did come along with her 4wk old and she might come again.

If it were me I wouldn't want a snotty baby there I suppose. We'll go out somewhere else later on. Thanks for the advice :flower:

id just take her out for a walk to the park or into town or something x
