Wow today was hard! :(

Rarely do I have a day that just "feels" black.... Maybe it was the weather - all overcast and very windy... but suddenly the cold and the day were just too much for me Even the oncoming season of fall feels so haunting I guess I'm comparing it to this time last year But it's strange how that can come out of no where. I am determined to have a good night though, and even though it was a hard day I forced myself to at least do a cardio workout and not just dwell on the depression and veg on sugary foods so I am going out dancing, and I'm going to dance extra hard for my angel who I know is dancing in heaven. And I hope tomorrow "feels" lighter than today. hugs to everyone

Good for you going out and dancing it away.
I had one of those black evenings yesterday and I have to say just cried for hours over a silly comment by a friend (not baby related) and ended up having to go to bed as early so that the day would end and i could start a new today.
Good days or bad days, nights dancing will defiantly help. Have fun x

I know how that can be - the faster the day is done the sooner you can start fresh, hope you are doing ok


Thank you everyone for the thoughts and hugs I had a good night out, danced crazy hard and had a good time I always dance until I can hardly stand up and at one point while my date went to the bathroom I found a wall and propped myself up against it - I had my knees bent inward and I was hanging my head and some guy who worked there came up to me and said "you gonna make it? do you think you can walk?" LOL I just laughed and said "yeah I'm fine, thanks" Silly people, I hadn't even had anything to drink!! Too busy dancing Was a good night. I might not get to go dancing again for a while so I really put my all into it and I feel better today, and the sun is shining, and I'm happy And I know my baby's happy too!

Thanks I'm in Wisconsin, the cool and windy weather is sticking around but at least we had sun today!
