Hi all,
i've been trying out putting my LO in her cot in her own room the last few nights.
She's been napping in the cot in the day no problem and sleeping in a moses basket in our room at night from about 9-7:30.
we've been so lucky that she's been sleeping through (i.e no night feed or waking in the middle of the night) from about 5 weeks.
The issue have at night is that she wriggles (in a sleeping bag i might add) all around the cot and wedges herself up so that her head touches the bars and then tries to wiggle up more but cant as her head is being bashed into the bars. This wakes her up and then she wont settle down as she's assuming that as she's awake it must be time for a feed as thats what she's used to.
we have a airwrap bumper which i know isnt as padded as traditional ones but i worry about her putting her face into a traditional one as she seems to like sleeping on her side and wiggling.
anyone had and overcome this same problem? she's getting too big for her moses basket and we cant fit the cot in our bedroom
