Hi Girls, I had my lovely baby boy April this year and am already very broody! We want to start trying about march next yr which is when i finish my midwifery course, but I want to lose my baby weight before i get pregnant again! I am 13st (size 16-18) which is not too big but i lost 3 stone before i got married/had baby (i was size 8-10) and gained it all back again as im just damn greedy. So..going on cambridge diet (a TFR) jan next yr and hoping to lose at least 2 stone before march. Also...ive just finished breastfeeding (as going back to work in 2 weeks :( ) so hopefully AF will return soon. Anyway just wanted to type that down really so i have something to aim towards :)

my main reason for waiting is alsi the weight i havnt managed to shift competely. I also am planning to ttc in march- april- may time :)

Whats the cambridge diet like? Ive heard of it but not quite sure what its all about.

It's hard to lose the baby weight isn't it?! Cambridge is a total food replacement diet which means you just have a choice of shakes/bars/soups in replacement for normal meals, it puts you in ketosis (basically where your body uses up it's fat stores) and you lose weight extremely fast. It's very controlled and you can only get it from a councilor where they weigh you every week. You can only do it of you are classed as 'obese' and I'm just borderline. There are loads of diets like it (lighterlife, lipotrim etc) just look 'em up on the Internet. Only problem is they are really expensive :S xx
