I guess just try to keep it really dry and clean, i had this, in the middle where i could see that it was very slightly open, i was worried and went to the docs he reassured me that it would heal. Its hard to keep it dry in this weather especially as my wound is covered by the very large overhang that i have been left with, so if im out and about all day it gets horrible and sweaty....sorry TMI...
Anyway, finally 11 weeks on i think it is fully healed, but it is still a bit purple and meaty, and raised in places, and i dont think it helps that hair follicles are cut through as i am sure that it irritates the wound....i stupidly shaved as my bits a pieces were looking like out of the dark ages..lol...and it has itched like mad over the wound as it is growing back...it will get there tho, just be patient..xx

My baby is 7 weeks old and I still have a small hole in my scar, most has healed fine but I have just have a small hole and the doctor has said it could take months to heal!
