Yellowy-Green runny poo

Hiya, basically LO was constipated all weekend, on Monday I took her to the baby clinic where the HV showed us some baby massage strokes to do on her belly to get things going. They worked and ever since she's been much more regular but now her poos are getting progressively greener and are very runny, almost like water. She still seems like she's straining very hard for them though, and can only get them out with my erm, assistance. I'd still describe them as yellowy green though not just green. Is this anything to worry about?
She's formula fed btw...and seems to be eating quite a lot for her weight and age, could it be over-feeding?

It sounds like she could have abit of a tummy bug. Just keep an eye on it and make sure she drinks plenty of fluids xx
