I've heard that LH is higher in pregnancy and loads of women have +OPK when pregnant. I wouldn't worry. They aren't designed to use during pregnancy

i am more than sure the ov sticks pick up th HCG hormones - i think i have heard that you can use them when you are early early early preg as they pick it up before preg test - BUT dont quote me on this!!

i may be wrong!!

Yes they do show up as positive when you are pregnant

Normally a preganacy test will show positive before an ovulation test will. So if the pregnancy test is negative, its unlikely hun

But - I may be wrong, this was just from experience when I got pregnant with DD and a few things the girls said. The ovulation tests were pretty bright mind you....

Yes, absolutely! I took my first OPK and HPT when I received it in the mail. Ovulation test was positive and HPT was negative and I thought I was ovulating. Then, I took it again 3 days later along with a pregnancy test, they were both positive!

Today, I'm about 7 weeks according to an early ultrasound I can't wait to get a more accurate date since my period has always been so irregular.

definitely picks it up if your preg, i did both HPT's and OPK's and both were/are positive, what was the HPT you used?!!

Tested pos on opk at roughly 7dpo (maybe earlier) got faint pos on hpt at 12dpo! Weirdest thing was is that I've never got a proper pos when ov!!!

only cos on the cheap hpt's there was hardly any line at all only when i held it upto light this was 2 days before af was due but opk came up pos pretty much straight away!!

I did both again this morning and the opk is darker than the control line and hpt fairly dark - you need to try a better brand test - whens af due?!! fingers crossed for you....

I have 4 pos opks from after I got my bfp..figured I might as well i use them up haha
