Yet another Newbie saying hi!!

Hi all, been searching around for various things whilst bored at work today and came across this place which looked worth joining A little confused by all the abbreviations so far so if someone could point me in the right direction of what they all mean that would be great!

OH and I are off to the Maldives in September which we thought will be a great time to start TTC! Very excited, nervous, worried all at the same time!
