Yogurt

Quick question: at what age can lo have yogurt? I wanted to buy some plain greek yogurt and mix it with fruit/ veggies.

yep 6 months cos of the diary. and make sure you get the full fat natural stuff, i usually get the green yeo valley one, but there are others that are all nice x

Sorry for sounding a bit stupid but why does it have to be full fat yogurt?

Because babies need a high proportion of good fats in their diet to grow properly, its advised to give full fat dairy products to babies until 1 or 2 years (depending on which country you're in) xx
