Like everyone else has said, she was absolutely, 100% incorrect about what she said. Your scan looks totally normal for where you are in your pregnancy. I don't know why she'd say that to you. My baby measured 3mm at my 6+4 transvaginal scan, which means had we gone in before 6+1, we wouldn't have seen a baby either. At my 5+0 scan, there wasn't even a yolk sac.
Most fetal poles show up between 5+5 and 6+2 on high sensitivity, transvaginal scans. They generally show up a later on lower sensitivity or abdominal scans.
