When you're too afraid to sneeze or laugh real hard, for fear of peeing your pants.

When you can't tell the difference between yourself and a waddling penguin (otherwise known as 'pregnancy swagger').

When you wake up at night because you are freezing, then 30 minutes later wake up hot, then an hour later you are cold again...surrounding these times you get up to pee twice, and then suffer from insomnia for a good couple hours on top of that....

You're tired of staying on the couch so you go for a walk, then you're about to pass out because that walk was too much effort.
