Your Date vs Doctors?

My mom made mention that I was born exactly on my due date, but a week late according to the doctor.

What are your experiences with this? My dates say May 14, but my doctor says that I'm measuring 10 days later and that my due date is May 24.

My dates and the scan said March 1st but the dr had said March 3rd and wrote that in my notes. I didn't realise this, and DS was born on March 3rd... 2 days late according to my dates but on time according to others!

I'm suffering right now with this!!!! I know I'm due. 15th but the hospital brought my date forward to 7 th ...... Now I imagine I'm a week overdue when really I'm not!!!!!! I totally trust 40 weeks from the start if your last period if you have regular cycles!!!!

-According to my LMP, my due date is 06/28
-According to my OB, my due date is 06/29 (this is according to my LMP too but her circle thing in the office bumps it up one day?)
-According to the hospital, my due date is 06/30 because I had an emergency ultrasound at 8 weeks and the baby apparently was measuring 2 days behind, but my OB said that they're not supposed to change my due date unless he was measuring +/- 5 days off from LMP.

So I find it challenging to answer the "how far along are you?" question lol. I just go by LMP because that just makes the most sense to me.

My dates match my O dates because I ovulated late and made sure I told the DR that. Scans matched right with my O date. I'm due the 18-19th but by LMP I should be due like the 14th.

I'm due the 15th according to LMP , but by first scan date I'm due the 22. However baby measured with LMP at 12 week and 20 week scan, so that's what I am going by. FH also measures on with LMP, I've herd early scans arnt as reliable as baby is very small and harder to measure.

I'm scheduled for induction on the 17th. So I will be 40+2 by my dates and 39+2 by doctors.

My first was born on the due date I had for him...4 days early according to Dr. date.
My second, I had the same due date as Dr.
This time around, I figured a due date of June 7 but scans put me at June 4. Time will tell!

With my DS, I went at 37+1 according to the ultrasounds but it was really 38+0 according to my lmp.
With my DD, I went at 37+3 according to the ultrasounds but it was really 38+1 according to my lmp.
No clue with this baby as my lmp is a miscarriage. I know roughly when I ovulated though (opks) and baby has been measuring according to those dates so we'll see when I go this time. We've been going off my ultrasound dates as my lmp date was all messed up due to the miscarriage.

Was due 12th April according to 12 week scan. Based on LMP, due on 16th.

With DD, I was due 2nd Oct by 12 week scan. By LMP, I was due 16th Oct and she arrived on 3rd Oct.

This thread gives an overdue lady some hope!

I've been wondering this a whole lot. My LMP due date and the OB due date are off by 16 days. I am measuring ahead, baby is measuring larger, but they're adamant that I must have ov'd late and that the early scan date is correct. Either way, they won't change the EDD. I'm just interested for my own curiosity's sake. I imagine the baby will come when he comes.

I was tracking ovulation. By that date I should be due 22nd May. Scan at 10 weeks put my EDD at 21st. Good I thought... then for some reason my hospital has decided to go with 20 week scan measurements and put me back to 26th of May.

It's not that big a deal unless I go way overdue when they could potentially let me go 15 days over. I'm going to fight for an induction before then if it comes to it.

According to my LMP, I'm due 4/26. Going by my ultrasound, 5/4. So a 9 day difference.
