Zinc and folate ?

Has anyone had success with zinc and folate increasing sperm count?

My husband had cancer treatment in 2009 . We did conceive in 2013 so he has some vaible sperm but would like up our chances

When we were ttc dd I made dh take zinc and Folate everyday. Not saying that is what made it happen (I was on clomid, but only had 1 follicle whereas any normal woman will have around 15 I believe, and that 1 turned I to dd. ), but it sure can't hurt. Zinc will help increase the number of sperm and Folate will help make them stronger and regular (less deformed ones that can't really swim).

Also, it takes about 3 months to take effect in him, so you won't notice anything immediately. I recommend you take the zinc and Folate as well.

Thanks . The prenatals i take have both in the recomended amount so i think im covered
