zinc supplements

Hi ladies,

Just wondering if anyone else takes these? i have read a few things about women having a lack of zinc in their diets and it is vital to cell division in the first few days of fertilisation.

I have started zinc this cycle and its recommened u have a decent amount of vitamin c with it to aid absorbtion.

Worth a try! lol. Anyone else taking it?

be careful with vitamin C! TOo much vit C in early pregnancy can lead to miscarriage.
(someone i know who had a chemical abortion told me that taking a ton of vitamin C can cause to "natural abortion" aka a miscarriage. *barf*)

I saw an FS recently and he put me on 20mg of zinc, 5mg folic acid, 1 berocca tablet and 1 fish oil tablet.

Hi hun, I'm not entirely sure what zinc does for the woman, but I know that it increases the seminal fluid for the man, which helps his swimmers!

I've started hubby on:
Zinc
Vitamin C
Vitamin D
Vitamin E

I take:
Omega 3 fish oil capsules
Multi-Vitamin with Folic Acid
Calcium
