Zinc?

I read that zinc is important for sperm health so I am making sure my husband is taking a supplement. I also read today that it can also help with ovulation, anybody have any experience with this?

I have just bought some pregnacare conception tablets from amazon, they contain zinc, folic acid, vitamins B12 + D. Not starting them until I get af (hopefully I won't, but will have them ready if i do) I bought them because the reviews seemed good and I am willing to try anything! Fingers crossed they help, just wish I could say yes or no instead of waffling about nothing.....
