just want to ask a question about Zinc,i heard its good 4 and my friend is going to start her OH on it,just wondering how long it would take to go into his system?does anyone know?

My dh been taking it for a few months now. He takes it with his multi-vits.

Maca is also good for his spermies too, I havent tried it yet.

I've read it takes about 3 months for it to take effect as the whole spermatogenesis process (the making of the spermy) and its travel time takes approximately 2 to 3 months.

single ones zinc plus multi vits and selium (sp). Really has helped and he ganna abstein for 3 days then bd every 48 hrs. I have a cbfm & thinking of taking b vit complex. Good luck.
