im currently on cd4 so when do u think i should get other half to take it?
oh and were do i get it from? my oh mentioned zinc the other day and i was like??? ill ask on bnb lol

Take them both everyday . get them both from the supermarket. I think each zinc tablet has 15mg so get him to take 2 tablets and vit c you can buy in extra strength get him to take the required amount that'll depend on how many mg in each tablet. x
