It’s hard to say for sure because the dates are so close, but I’d say it’s most likely your ex’s baby. I think they have dna tests you can do while pregnant now? Not sure but I feel like I’ve heard of it.

I would do a paternity test to be sure, but with the information you’ve given it sounds like it’s your ex’s.
