1 day heavy bleeding so confused

In all the years I've been struggling with polycystic I have never had one day of really heavy bleeding and clotting and then its gone. It's either one day very light like panty liner light or 7 Days of hell. September 1st around 5 in the afternoon I suddenly started a period from hell and it lasted till about 3 in the morning. It was heavy it was clotty. I was wearing overnight pads because it was so bad. And then it was gone... Nothing.

I don't know what to think. I had a clear blue digital that was about to expire and I tried it last week. It said not pregnant.

Any thoughts on this? Has anybody had this before.

Hi! It's hard to know for certain with the PCOS, but I would try another pregnancy test if you haven't already tried again or haven't started a period. You may or may not have been experiencing some implantation bleeding. GL!

Same thing juat happened to me. It's been 3 months since your post. What ended up happening? Where you pregnant? I keep getting bfn.
