After extensive searching I've read that bf babies can go longer between pooing because of the milk being easier to digest
We're on day 3 now of no proper poo (her last one was wednesday) and Olivia is getting upset and uncomfortable when she tries to go
She's passing wind when she strains and yesterday did manage to do a (much smaller than what we've been used to) poo, which was a normal colour and consistency. But because of the straining and discomfort I will admit I'm a bit worried and on the verge of calling for a weekend Dr's appointment
Just wondering if anyone has any advice or suggestions as to what I can do to help her please?
