10 DPO symptoms and bfp?

I am 42 yo, 10 DPT, 9 DPO, 8 days past IUI:

1. Why am I getting a + OPK test result? What does this mean?
2. Anyone else have AF like cramps at this stage and had a BFP?
3. Is Clomid OK to take for the 4th cycle? I read you should only do 3 cycles as more can cause Ovarian cysts. I only had 1 follicle last round @ 50mg so I wanted to try a stronger dosage of 100mg to see if that produces more follicles

Concerning the + opt kit I am not really certain. So I am not going to give you a guess work. But I can help you with the other 2 questions. Yes, you can have af cramps and still get a BFP. I can say pregnancies characteristics differ. Others might not be going through that. While other do have severe cramps. They might even think that it is af coming. Only to have a hpt and get a positive. However, this differs. Just because you are anticipating for a baby. Then it does not mean when you have the af cramps then you are pregnant. This happens to a very small percentage. Very few people do go through this that's why doctors even rarely talk about this. Concerning the clomid. You should get some assistance from a doctor. Too much usage of it might bring some side effect. I have seen such cases with some people with whom we have been sharing clinic. So it’s better you get more information from a professional.
