10dpo, spotting & cramping...is this my BFN??

So...I'm 11DPO today & I've been experiencing premenstrual cramping & jabbing all morning. My boyfriend & I had sex last night & after is when I noticed the brown spotting which I thought right away that OK, my period is coming. I know woman get spotting some times around this time with implantation but the cramps ramped up this morning. It would be quite early in my cycle for this to happen. My period isn't due until the 30th which usually means I will start on the 1st.
Has anyone had this happen but turned out pregnant???????

I tested this morning with FMU & both tests were negative. I just tested twice for the heck of it & saw TWO LINES!!!!! Do you guys see this?
I feel like I'm getting my period. I'm so confused.

Hi Aidasmom,

I got pregnant back in July but I started spotting from about 7 DPO until my BFP at 11 DPO. Although, I did end up miscarrying about 2 weeks later, I have since had the spotting looked into by a doctor and it is unrelated to the pregnancy and the mc. So, yes, it is entirely ok to spot and still be pregnant and ok. But, the spotting is a normal thing for me, I get it most cycles about 7 DPO until AF arrives.

I always spot from 11dpo but I see a 2nd line on that test

Thanks Ladies! Well, half an hour after - the test lines faded away & my tests since have been negative. So I'm utterly confused. Only one of the two tests that came up positive have the faintest of lines still lingering. But I don't understand why tests I did after came out all negative. I guess I need to test tomorrow morning & that should tell me once & for all if I'm pregnant or not. I was so excited....now I'm feeling bummed out

You shouldn't read a test after 10 minutes so if you saw a line withing the 10 minute period I would say its positive... Certainly looks that way from your pic and cramping can be your uterus stretching- its an early pregnancy symptom! X good luck, let us know how you get on

Thanks Kato2! I'm just baffled why every other test I took today have been BFN.
I wonder if it has anythign to do with how concentrated my urine was. Both tests were taken with a different urine sample but about 20 minutes apart.
I feel frustrated

This is the two tests, tweaked.
It's pretty clearly there. I saw it on the test itself for about 30 minutes.
When I went back to it an hour or so later, the lines were gone.

It would be strange if both tests had evap lines and they wouldn't usually show up within the 10 minute window (usually after) but put your mind at ease and test again tomorrow! Best of luck- keep us posted! X

Well I am pretty sure I'm out. Two tests this morning w FMU came out negative and my cramps are getting stronger. I am still baffled at the positive test results. What a letdown.

I'm in the same boat as you. The past two mornings I have had a faint line but I feel crampy on and off like AF is on her evil way. I guess its just a waiting game now to see if she shows her ugly face or not. Lets hope for not!!

At least you've had consistent positive even if it's faint. My two test were a one hour one off. Makes me start to wonder about the Chemical PregnNcy phenom.
