Hi all

I have posted a scan photo of my sisters and wondered if any of you ladies might be able to guess using nub or skull theory? She has a private scan booked for 16 weeks but would like to hear what you all think ☺️

Boy. Hard picture can't really make out a nub so just a guess. X
