11 month old refused to nurse all day :(

I feel so sad and rejected. My son has been crying on and off all day, refusing to nurse but still hanging on to me. I see a new tooth coming in. I've given him Tempra. He's gone to bed without our usual nursing session. Is he fed up of my boobs?

His poor little mouth must be hurting! I'd just keep gently offering to nurse and he'll come around soon I bet
