I have tried EVERYTHING and I don't know what to do. I have tried making food that I feed to her. I've tried finger foods. I've tried giving her pre loaded spoons. I've tried every baby rescipe on the net. She will only eat jars and pouches. She loves them. She'll happily gobble up a pouch. She won't touch anything else. I thought about a pouch strike. What do I do? Help me please.:flower:

My LO would only eat the Ella's Kitchen pouches, nothing else. We fed them out of the pouch and then he wouldn't take anything from a bowl. So I started putting the pouch contents into the bowl, which him watching, and then gradually swapped these for bowls made up with homemade foods. It took a while, maybe three weeks to do this without him catching on though! I used Annabel Karmel recipes which were quite fruity so that might be why it worked. He still won't eat any kind of ready meal, jar or pouch that isn't EK so we make a lot from scratch!

hahahaha I've tried the bowl switcharoo! And she knew which one was her pouch. I didn't try for 3 weeks tho. Maybe I need to give it longer.
Just looking at Annabel Karmel on the internet now. Yum. I'd eat that. Thanks!

Just ordered a couple of Annabel Karmel's books. They look great! I hope this works.

Oh good luck, I really hope you have a break thorough! I had to keep going for three weeks because it was costing a sheer fortune to give him the pouches as he was eating more each day. He really loved the AK recipes that mixed fruit and veg together (just like the pouches) so it was only a matter of time before he gave in! Hope your LO is the same!
