11w6d ultrasound, any guesses?

I'm just not convinced that what I'm seeing is actually the nub. It's very big and doesn't look like any other nubs I've seen. I'm either 11w5d by lmp or 11w6d based off dating scan at 9 weeks. Not that a day is too much different but I know 12 weeks is usually when they say it's more reliable to guess.

Could the nub be the cord or something else?

You think the nub could be a foot? I just think it looks too weird and pointy for so early. My lmp baby is only actually 11w5d but at my dating scan i measured a day ahead.

Maybe I'm just grasping at straws but I'm hoping it's not the nub and could still be a girl?

Its said that 12weeks and farther along will be more accurate, but i think if it looks like a boy nub, it is likely to stay boy.
