12 days old and fussing at the breast

Anyone have any ideas how I can get my 12 day old to latch on and stay latched on at feed times? I thought at first my let down was too strong as she pulls off when it happens but even when I express that part off and latch her on again she still won't stay on longer than a few sucks! I have flat ish nipples which could also be a prob but she manages to pull them out well when she stays on...she's gained 10oz in the last week so I'm not concerned about that but I'd like to be able to feed without flashing/drenching both of us in milk! Hi, Im no expert as my LO is only 4 weeks old but I find that when she does this it means she has wind. Usually screams bloody murder too. Have you tried infacol or winding more often?
