12 week ultrasound nub theory any guesses??

Hi everyone! I'm so excited I finally got to hear the heartbeat! We went through infertility so found out pregnant at 4 weeks which feels like forever. We don't get to have another scan till 20 weeks so for fun was hoping to see what you guys thought we might be having. Thanks so much!

I believe side view the baby did not want to move at all except arms and feet. I thought the nub was the thing that has that fork like look to it. At first I thought maybe another foot but its much smaller then the other one.
