12 weeks 4 days any guesses?

Unfortunately the doc didn't get as clear a pic as I would have liked. She was supposed to do a transvaginal ultrasound but decided to do it through the belly when she came in even though I had gotten naked waist down like instructed. so any guesses? Not the best pic at all, I know
