Idk if your able to have anything to guess by, but it's always fun had my my 12 week visit and dr had a hard time finding baby to listen to heartbeat with the Doppler so I got to have a surprise ultrasound baby was growing perfectly and right on track!!

That's kinda what I have a feeling baby is heartbeat was 160 and all old wives tales point to girl. With my last I thought for sure it was a girl and I was 100% wrong

Do you have any other pics where the baby is turned more to the side instead of with its back to us?

No I dont he just did a quick ultrasound and to listen to the heartbeat since he was having a hard time with the Doppler
