woweee your temps spike loads day to day. Sorry if this sounds patronising or something Are you making sure you're taking temps at the same time after 3 hours sleep and as SOON as you wake?

eta - ignore that cos u have a pretty clear thermal shift.. ive never seen someones temps rise and fall so much!

yeah roughly same time and as soon as i wake up. might just right this month off and start again. got bfn today only got sore bbs which i never get b4 af. but nothing else doing af due on thursday. thanks guys
