$13k a year per kid- where should i put the money?

A family member of mine is thinking of gifting my son and #2 on the way- $13,000 a year each.

So what should i do with the money? Just put in their savings? their 529 plan? cd to make the money grow?

what's the smartest thing to do with this money for them?

Can you book an appointment with a financial adviser or planner with your bank? I just use a high interest bank account for my two but im uk it might be different where you are.xxx
