13wks +2days: Any theories?

Ok so I've been told from a friend that because i'm avoiding meat, I'm most likely having a girl. I have three boys, this is my forth and my cravings consist of orange juice, fruit and anything sweet really, where as in my last lot i craved mainly savory foods, such as chilli, bacon, tuna even pickled onions in my first pregnancy.
Below is my 12wk scan, I turned out to be 13wks and 2days, any guesses on what this one could be??

I do but their not very clear.

Just had check on one of these Chinese gender charts. . . checked my past pregnancies with it and each one was right, so apparently this time round according to the chart I'm to be expecting a girl.
