Hello everyone, this is my first time posting here
I am 27 years old, married, and TTC for a year now (14 cycles).
My husband had a SA, and all is well there
At my doctor, she checked my thyroid and sugar levels. I was told they are fine.
We went to a fertility specialist and after speaking with me she suspected Endometriosis. So the first thing she ordered was a Lap, Dye, and Hysteroscopy. I had all of that done in mid-April. She said my uterus looks good, my ovaries look good, and my tubes are clear. She did, however, find 3-4 small spots of Endo on the OUTSIDE of my uterus (on my uterus). She lasered them off. I asked her if she believes this is the reason I am not getting pregnant, she said Yes. However, I am not convinced yet. I know the internet can be wrong but everything I have read on the internet suggests that getting rid of mild endo does not actually increase the chances of conception.
I am wondering if something else could be wrong on top of this. Does anyone have any experience with doctors removing mild endo like this on the outside of the uterus? Any suggestions?
This month they wanted to start me on Clomid and IUI, but my husband I decided to wait on that. (mostly financial, we already owe quite a bit from the blood tests and surgery) I am going in on day 21 this month to check my progesterone levels to see if I am even ovulating. (I always get an LH surge on OPK's). Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
