14 months bfeeding pain in left breast

So ive had a cold anyway but feeling mildly fluish more so yesterday than today. Pain in left breast been going on for over 24 hours now no better but no worse and its a bit lumpy but it always is anyway pkus i have implants so dont know if that makes a difference. What could this be? I work two 12 hr shifts a week on monday and tues so he goes without for this time and uve never had any problems before and tge pain started on friday morning. He seems happy with my supply although my boobs are really soft now and dont ever feel full now. Is that normal?
