14 week potty shot. Any guesses? :)

Hello,

I had an elective scan at 14 weeks and 1 day and although the baby wasn't cooperating for most of it, they were able to make a guess although the tech did not seem too confident. A few days later, I went to my OB and the tech there said she couldn't make a guess yet because it was still "too early."

My family is split down the middle, some think they say a scrotum, others the labia. I am going to wait until my 20 week anatomy scan before I run out and buy blue/pink of anything but thought it'd be fun to hear some guesses.

guess of girl for you? Do you have any 12-13 week pics you could post for us or any profile shots at all which shows the baby laying on its back looking upwards, there may be a nub showing which can help with the guessing

It's a hard angle to take a guess with because it's not straight underneath, it's more down and to the side. My first instinct was boy because I feel if it was straight underneath you might see more sticking out.

Thank you both for your reply! I really appreciate it. It was definitely a weird angle, baby wasn't cooperating during the entire scan. This was the only shot the tech was able to get!


Unfortunately, I have no shots that show any nub. Guess bub is camera shy!

We've had 3 girls in a row so a boy would be fun, but another girl would be lovely too.

With my other girls, we were able to see so clearly the "hamburger" shot but I feel confused as to what I'm even looking at in this pic since it's a weird angle.

Thank you all so much for your guesses! I went last week to see my OB and she couldn't make out what the sex is and I don't go back until March 9. It's driving me crazy not knowing!! lol.

Except I thought I was finding out the gender yesterday and found out I wasn't until 3/20. I said eff that and bought a private scan hahaha

I would say girl but that's only because I can't see anything obvious? It's tricky as you can't actually see the 3 lines iykwim? Hope you hear boy though
