14th cycle what next?

I'm at the end of caring almost at the moment, although everything a BFN or AF shows her ugly face I get thoroughly depressed - not helping with DH being so painful to deal with at the moment.

Anyway I've had one blood test to confirm ovulation and will have my cd3 one done on Monday. DH is due for sperm test on Wednesday. What next if everything comes back OK? What if his sperm is off? First blood test for me came back OK and I've had two children with my ex before now so thinking it's probably him.

What is IUI? What can be done medically before Ivf?

Hi, I'm in a similar boat, ttc #1 20 months and just starting to go for all the tests now. An IUI is basically an artificial insemination using your DH sperm just to give it the best chance of getting where it needs to go. I have heard about a lot of options before IVF but depending on what the problem is. I know it's hard waiting around when it doesn't seem to be happening, did you have any trouble getting pregnant before?
