This is what I offer my 16mo..

Breakfast:
Eggs, either scrambled or a boiled egg with toast. This is probably her favourite!
Porridge
Weetabix
Toast
Cereal

Lunch:
Mini quiche, if you google it you'll get the recipe :)
Tuna pasta
Pasta in a cheese sauce
Vegetable/lentil soup
Sandwiches (tuna, cheese, egg...)

Dinner:
Whatever we have usually, she likes..
Fish topped with cheese and crushed crisps
Fish pie
Sausages (as long as they're in a casserole or slow cooker and really soft)
Pizza
Lasagne
Spag bol
Pasta bake
Chilli con carne
Noodles

Our most successful but incredibly simple recipes are eggy bread, spaghetti pasta in tomato soup with cheddar cheese melted in and a homemade pizza. (basically a tortilla wrap with tomato puree and cheddar cheese finished under the grill).
We also have a lot of cheerios and homemade fruit muffins. I have come to realise that many young toddlers dont eat sandwiches so have stopped trying seems as Isaac usually just gives his to the dog!
Rice in a sauce goes down well, bagels with cream cheese, crumpets.

He eats whatever we eat..every meal he gets a protein, veg, fruit, grain, and dairy. Here are some examples of his fave meals:
Breakfast: oatmeal with apple and cranberry, side of cottage cheese
Lunch: chickpea patty burger, sweet potato, side of blueberries in yogurt
Dinner: baked cod, broccoli, rice, side of melon

And he has whole milk with meals

He also lovvvves spaghetti bolognese with lots of veg in the sauce always a go to meal it freezes well in icecube trays

bumblebeexo's list is pretty close to what we feed our little one too.

For breakfast he always has fruit, yoghurt and one off bumblebeexo's list.

Lunch is omelette, sandwich or soup with fruit. Dairylea & tomato is his current favourite sandwich!

Dinner is generally what we are having - I normally make two versions of the meal as my husband likes things pretty spicy, so I'll make a version with less chilli in it for LO. This might be stir fry, curry, thai curry, casserole, bolognese, chilli etc. All served with or containing lots of veg and some form of carb, normally rice but also potatoes - my child loves potatoes! Roast, mashed, wedged you name it, he loves them. Oh and fish cakes are another favourite of his.

He will also have a couple of snacks throughout the day too - babybel cheeses, organix fruit puree tubes or satsumas are his current favourites.

Luvmama - none of these are pureed. But we did BLW so have never pureed; I'm not sure if others who've TW still puree at this age.
Some days he polishes loads off. Other days he'll hardly eat and it all goes on the floor. Some days we're really good at remembering to give him 3 meals, other days we'll miss one out (often if we're out and about or his lunchtime nap coincides with meal time). He also has milk, morning, lunchtime and evening.

Its hard not to second guess yourself as to whether or not they are having enough, but I figure he'll let me know pretty quickly if he's hungry and if I offer him healthy foods he should be getting enough of everything he needs.

Lucas just eats whatever we eat. There are some really lovely ideas on the Annabel Karmel website that I'm always directing people to lol. I did traditional weaning and can't remember the last time I pureed anything, definitely didn't do it after around 9 months.

Pheebs is one and generally has: -

Breakfast - Weetabix, Rice Crispies, Porridge or toast
Lunch - Sandwiches (cheese, ham, tuna, grated carrot), fruit, rice cakes with Philly,
Dinner - Omelette with cheese, ham, tomatoes, chopped veg, homemade veggie burgers, fish fingers, cottage pie, lasagne, sausage casserole, curry, salad, quiche, veg muffins lots of things. She doesn't always eat it but I always offer and cross my fingers!

Hoping to get some ideas too!
