17 days old - constipated

Holly seems to be a little bit constipated. Her Poo has been harder and rabbit pellet like for the last day or so.

I'm seeing the HV tomorrow so I'll bring it up with her but am I ok to give her a little bit of cooled boiled water today to help things along a bit?

She's formula fed on Cow and Gate and not had any problems until yesterday.

I gave my little one cooled boiled water on midwife's advice, so I see no reason why you shouldn't.
It took me a few go's to get him to drink it though, he didn't like the taste!

Also give her w warm bath as it relaxes the muscles then when you get her out rub the lower of her back this helped my daughter. Btw how much and often are you feeding , I only ask because with my first I went a bit ott lol

I'm feeding on demand so on average 2/3oz every 2/3 hours depending on the day really.

She tends to cluster feed in the evening though and just keep herself topped up
