My son is 18 months, first child, I felt like I bounced back at a pretty normal rate. I've always been pretty bad with how often I need to pee.

Recently it seems to have gotten worse, but I wasn't too bad for a while after having my son. I notice it when I'm about to drift off to sleep, my muscles relax and I feel literally the tiniest sensation like I'm about to wee or literally one drop comes out n it wakes me up. I go to pee several times before I can sleep, sometimes as many as ten. And all else fails, I'll wear a pad just incase. I try not to drink my bed time cup of tea anymore. I know tea won't help but I can't live without it.

Anyway there's other problems like my cervix is lower, but just for example I sat down n there was a sharp stabbing pain n it felt like either cervical/back passage area the pain was coming from. It still feels like it's aching with a weird pain..

Then my back passage.. I don't even have to be *ready* for a bowel movement but I can feel more than I used to before if I need a bowel movement soon. It becomes more uncomfortable than it used to be!

I'm hoping this pain in my cervix goes soon.. To be honest, right now it feels like im holding something in my vagina? The sensation is so weird.

I know there's pelvic floor muscle exercises but do you think this needs to be checked by a doctor or just see how pelvic floor exercises go???

Anyone had this?
