I dont know if i should be worried or relieved its not happening yet to keep me awake at night but i was hoping others might be in the same boat just to put my mind at ease?

I have another week until my morphology scan an no midwife appt until a week after that :/

This is baby #2 for me, and while I've had a few flutters here and there, it's barely noticeable. With DD I actually felt her from 10 weeks on, so I've been a little worried I haven't felt this one much. I just had a scan recently where I got to see LO moving around, though. Seems to be doing perfectly fine in there!!

With it being your fourth, it could be that you are so busy with the other kiddos that you just really might not even notice the kicks and whatnot. I'm so focused on taking care of DD that half of the time I forget that I am pregnant. If it weren't for the monthly checkups, I'd probably forget about it completely.

Im a paranoid pregnant woman every time so i tend to freak out quite a bit lol. I thought i felt flutters about 3x from about 13weeks but i really cant be sure since ive had a few *ahem* 'stomach' problems so its hard to tell the difference but i havent felt anything suspicious for weeks now.

I'm 18 weeks pregnant with number 3. I have felt baby from around 13 weeks. Getting definate kicks now but still not strong enough to be felt from the outside. I lay on my back on a night and rest my phone on my belly and baby goes mad if something's on my belly wriggling around.

Your placenta maybe at the front stopping you feeling the movements or baby maybe laid towards your back x

When I was pregnant with dd1 I called my doc freaking out cause I hadn't felt the baby kick in a while. So he told me to eat a banana then lay down for twenty minutes and that I should feel her move again but if not to go into the hospital. I was quite farther along at that point than you are now. But you can try it. I wouldn't be alarmed tho because you're so early on. I guess the potassium in the banana gives them an energy burst. Hope this helps.

hi there! my 4th baby is now 3 weeks old and during the pregnancy i kept complaining that i couldn't feel him move.

i felt first movement much later and it was easy 20 weeks or more before i felt regular movements.

it could have been because i was so busy with the other kids... but he is perfect! :)

don't worry!xxx

I'm 21 weeks with twins and I've only been feeling definite kicks for several days now and little flutters for about two weeks .

I didn't feel my DS any earlier than you. Probably around 20 weeks with him because I had an anterior placenta. It acted like a shock absorber to his kicks. This baby is a posterior placenta and I can feel her when I'm laying flat and still. My guess is you have an anterior placenta. Hope your baby starts kicking you soon hun.

Thanks ladies. Im a natural worrier at the best of times so this really takes me to a new level lol. I had anterior placenta with my last 2 babies but had at least felt movement that i knew for sure was baby. Unsure where my placenta is at this time as my usual doctor moved practices and a new doctor starts after my next scan so the fill ins were less than helpful when it came to results for things. Finger crossed i feel something soon! Only 5 sleeps until my scan now!
