18wks pg &Sore and leaking.

Hiya ladies,
I'm hoping someone can help. In the past 2 days my bbs have got very tender and leaked a lot more. I have been wearing a bra and pads but because Ive had a BB growth spurt I need to go bra shopping AGAIN so Ive taken it off and let the girls hang loose olnly to find wet rings on my top!!
Any ideas??

I use breast-pads and they work for me

Will put some one tomorrow when I come to you think im just guna ride it out, for now. They are so tender though!!
