2 LH surges 1 egg

I've been doing BBT charting, digital advanced OPK and Answer brand dip OPKs as well. An annoying trend has developed: I have an LH surge around CD14-16 with no ovulation. Then around CD 23-25 I have another surge with ovulation. I'm fighting against PCOS and endometriosis which have only gotten worse as time has gone on with no medication (birth control) for the symptoms. I have an ultrasound scheduled for next week and I'm hoping the doctor can help me figure out how to fix this. Has anybody else had this issue and found a solution I could investigate?

I do! I always get some darker opks with some watery/spotting cm on cd13/14 but never ovulate then, I usually get another real lh surge in between cd24 and 44 with ovulation (weak though...)

I have Pcos and have been ttc for over 1 year 1/2
This month is my first clomid round 50g, and even with clomid, I got this darker opk on cd14, but real surge happened on cd25...
