2 wk old pooping very frequently should I worry?

This evening my two week old has been doing his typical cluster feed from 4 pm to midnight but tonight every time he has a good session on the boob he is pooping. Poop looks normal enough, seedy and yellow but his bum is red and irritated like nappy rash too.

I am kind of freaking out with worry because he normally doesn't poo that frequently. He seems otherwise fine temp is normal just wants to constantly feed and keeps farting poopy farts.

Doesn't sound too unusual to me. Bf babies poop a lot! My lo is four months and goes at least 5x a day. Make sure you clean with cotton wool and water that should help the soreness.

No it's normal. When I bf the first 2 weeks lo pooped every time he feed. His dr said that was normal because the BM is so much easier for their body to break down. So no I wouldn't worry at all

It's fine. Bf-ing relaxes them too so it's easier got them to poop lol
Also you could try to put some breast milk on his bum and let it air dry a little. That cleared my lo's rash.
